1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Elite Power Washing LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to any individual or company (“you” or “your”) that engages our services. By booking or receiving any service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Our Services

We provide professional on-site cleaning services across the UK, specialising in:

  • Van Washing
  • Truck Washing
  • Caravan & Motorhome Washing
  • Scheduled and one-off fleet cleaning services

All services are performed at your location unless otherwise arranged.


3. Service Delivery

3.1 On-Site Cleaning

We deliver all cleaning services at your premises or designated location. You are responsible for providing safe and legal access for our staff and equipment.

3.2 Fleet Washing Process

Our fleet washing includes:

  • Application of a high-quality Traffic Film Remover (TFR)
  • Manual brushing of surfaces
  • Rinse with high-pressure clean water
  • Vehicle tracking: Each vehicle cleaned is logged and detailed in your invoice for auditing purposes.

3.3 Scheduled Services

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or custom-timed service agreements. Once a schedule is agreed, we will attend on the same day/time unless otherwise notified. If changes are required, you must inform us at least 48 hours in advance.


4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Service Charges

Prices are agreed upon prior to the service and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, location, and service frequency. A minimum call-out charge may apply.

4.2 Invoicing

Invoices are issued following service completion (or monthly for recurring services). All invoices detail the vehicles cleaned and services rendered.

4.3 Payment Terms

All payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge and could result in service suspension.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that vehicles are accessible at the agreed time.
  • Ensure that vehicles are parked in a safe and legal area for cleaning.
  • Notify us of any known damage, sensitive areas, or custom requirements in advance.
  • Provide adequate water access (if required and agreed in advance).

6. Cancellations & Delays

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled visit with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled cost.

6.2 Delays

If we are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. access issues, vehicle unavailability), we may charge a waiting fee or rescheduling fee.


7. Liability

  • We take all reasonable care during service delivery. However, we are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage to vehicles
    • Water ingress from unsealed panels, vents, or windows
    • Damage resulting from faulty fixtures or fittings
  • You agree to notify us of any damage within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Insurance

Elite Power Washing LTD is fully insured for public liability and employee liability. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.


9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, breakdowns, or supplier issues.


10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website or sent to you directly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
